Effective as of March 15, 2024. These terms govern your access to and use of MegaRise Capital's private wealth management ecosystem.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MegaRise Capital services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MegaRise Capital Holdings Ltd., governing all platform services, investment products, and communication channels.
2. Account Usage & Security
Users must provide accurate personal information and maintain the security of their account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- Multi-factor authentication is recommended
- Report unauthorized access within 24 hours
3. Risk Disclosure
You understand that the value of investments can go up as well as down. MegaRise Capital provides tools and strategies but does not guarantee any specific investment outcome.
4. AML & KYC Compliance
MegaRise Capital complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. We reserve the right to:
- Request identity verification at any time
- Delay or refuse transactions pending verification
- Report suspicious activities to relevant authorities
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY.
